Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please include your receipt or proof of purchase in the package. You arrange and pay for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Hygiene and intimate items
You're welcome to try on and fit items to check the size, just as you would in a shop. For hygiene reasons, however, items that show signs of being worn or used beyond fitting cannot be returned. For intimate items such as underwear, any hygiene seal or protective sticker must still be intact.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of arrival and include evidence of the issue (such as photos). This allows us to evaluate the problem and make it right. In these cases we cover the cost of return shipping. Claims made after 7 days, or without supporting evidence, may not be accepted.
This 7-day window applies to damage or errors that are visible on arrival. It does not affect your statutory rights, including the 2-year legal guarantee on defective goods that applies to consumers in the European Union.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if it was approved. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
