Do you have it to hand? It is in your confirmation mail, for example #1234, and it lets us find your order straight away. If you cannot find it, just send your message without it.

Our opening hours are on our contact information page. Pickup is only possible during opening hours, and a private visit is by appointment.

With damage, a wrong item or a fit question, a photo helps us a lot. Up to 3 photos, JPG, PNG, WEBP or HEIC, up to 8 MB each.

Discretion

Your parcel is packed in plain, unbranded packaging. Nothing on the outside carries our shop name or logo, and the label carries no product names. That is what we promise, and we do not promise more than we can keep.
