We ship worldwide — to virtually every country. Shipping rates vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

A small number of countries are unavailable due to carrier or platform restrictions (e.g. sanctioned regions). If you're unsure whether we ship to your country, feel free to reach out.


⏳ Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or Belgian public holidays.
  • Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

🔍 Tracking

  • All orders are shipped with tracking.
  • You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.
  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

📬 Lost Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, or appears to be lost, we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
  • Once the carrier confirms the package is lost, the order will be reshipped.

📦 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us as soon as possible.
  • Please provide clear photos of both the damaged product and the damaged packaging.
  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

🏠 Incorrect Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
  • If an incorrect address was provided and the package is returned or lost, the order can be reshipped at the customer's expense.
