We ship worldwide — to virtually every country. Shipping rates vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

A small number of countries are unavailable due to carrier or platform restrictions (e.g. sanctioned regions). If you're unsure whether we ship to your country, feel free to reach out.

⏳ Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed on weekends or Belgian public holidays.
Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

🔍 Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking.
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

📬 Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, or appears to be lost, we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
Once the carrier confirms the package is lost, the order will be reshipped.

📦 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide clear photos of both the damaged product and the damaged packaging.
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

🏠 Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect address was provided and the package is returned or lost, the order can be reshipped at the customer's expense.
